June Property Tax Deadlines
The first half tax due dates for real estate, tangible personal property, machinery and tools, mobile homes, and public service have been moved from June 5th to June 25th permanently effective 2022. This change was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on October 6, 2021.
December Property Tax Deadlines
The second half tax due dates for real estate, tangible personal property, machinery and tools, mobile homes, and public service remain unchanged and are due December 5th. For tax year 2021, tax bills for the second half property taxes are scheduled to be mailed around October 29, 2021.
